Refund, Return & Warranty Policy

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, free of charge.

Once an order has entered production/assembly or more than 24 hours have passed, cancellations are no longer eligible.

To request a cancellation, contact chromwatches@gmail.com as soon as possible.


Returns

We offer a 48-hour return window for eligible watches.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The watch must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • Original packaging and tags must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery

  • Any watch showing signs of wear, sizing, scratches, or use will not be eligible for return.

Returns requested after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email chromwatches@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

If approved, you will receive:

  • Return instructions

  • The return address

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and vary depending on the courier and country of return.


Damaged or Incorrect Watches

Please inspect your watch upon delivery.
If your watch arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.


Custom-Designed Watches

Custom or made-to-order watches are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different model, please return your eligible watch and place a new order once the return is approved.


Warranty

We provide a 6-month limited warranty covering:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Movement malfunctions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Water damage

  • Physical or impact damage

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Customer or third-party modifications or repairs

Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase to chromwatches@gmail.com.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped into the European Union, customers may cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions:

  • Watch must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase required

  • Custom-designed watches are excluded, except for manufacturing defects


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: up to 10 business days

Please note:

  • Refund amounts may be slightly reduced due to payment processing fees (typically 2–5%)

  • These fees are set by the payment provider and are outside our control

  • A $50 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all approved returns
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
