Seiko mods are custom timepieces that use genuine Seiko movements (like NH35, NH34, VK63) housed in aftermarket cases, dials, and bracelets. We create luxury-inspired designs while maintaining the reliability and precision of authentic Seiko movements.
| Are you affiliated with Seiko?
No, we are in no way affiliated with Seiko. We simply use their original movements due to their exceptional reliability and craftsmanship. Each watch is then hand-assembled using custom aftermarket parts tailored to your preferences.
| Are these genuine Seiko watches?
The movements inside our watches are 100% genuine Seiko movements. However, the cases, dials, hands, and bracelets are custom aftermarket components designed to create unique luxury-inspired timepieces. This allows us to offer premium aesthetics at accessible prices.
| What's your warranty policy?
We offer a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects and movement malfunctions. This does not cover water damage, physical damage, or modifications made by the customer. Returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery for non-custom orders.
| How long does shipping take?
In most cases, you will receive your watch within a 7-14 day period from the day you ordered. Please note that all orders with custom engravings and special dial modifications may take up to 3-4 weeks longer than a regular order. We provide tracking information once your order ships.
| What is your refund and cancellation policy?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, free of charge. If the order processing time exceeds 24 hours, you are no longer eligible for free cancellation. We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn watches in original condition. Custom-designed watches are not eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect.

We use high-quality Japanese movements in all our timepieces. Our automatic watches feature the reliable Seiko NH35 and NH34 (GMT) movements, while our chronographs use the Seiko VK63 meca-quartz movement. These movements are known for their accuracy, durability, and serviceability.
| Are your watches water-resistant?
Yes, all Chrome Watches feature water resistance. Most of our models offer 100-150m water resistance, suitable for swimming and snorkeling. Our dive-inspired models feature 300m water resistance. However, we recommend avoiding hot water, steam, and extreme temperature changes.
| Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
