Delivery: Every watch is hand-built to order, which takes 4 to 8 business days. Once it's built, it ships free with tracking and arrives in 2 to 5 business days.
Tracking: We email you a tracking number when your watch ships.
US orders: A small import fee may apply at delivery, usually a few dollars.
Returns: If your watch arrives damaged or wrong, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we send a free return label. Full policy
Warranty: 6 months. Terms are in the same policy.
Will it fit my wrist? It fits 15 to 20 cm wrists. A sizing tool kit comes free with every watch, or tick pre-sizing and we size the bracelet for you.
When will it arrive? We build it by hand in 4 to 8 business days, then it ships free with tracking and arrives in 2 to 5 business days.
